Al mismo tiempo, las tendencias globales de exportación de nuevos alimentos a países como Estados Unidos han traído consigo la necesidad de coordinar de forma globalizada procedimientos que eviten el uso de los alimentos como armas contra la sociedad. En este sentido, ambos conceptos, food safety y food defens, se complementa, evitando tanto los riesgo fortuitos como los intencionados, y aseguran la inocuidad de los alimentos a escala global.

SCORM 1.2 SCORM 2004

A SCORM csomag is a collection of files which are packaged according to an agreed standard for learning objects. SCORM packages are zip files that can be integrated in any LMS (Learning Management System) that supports the standard (Moodle, Blackboard, …) and that can be used for presenting multimedia content and as assessment tools. Thus, you can integrate your Virtual Excursion in Moodle and other LMSs by downloading it as SCORM.
