CONSTITUTION OF THE COMPANY

IN THIS PROJECT THE STUDENTS WILL CREATE A COMPANY, THE WILL PUT  THEIR SKILLS AND TEAMWORK INTO PRACTICE.

OBJECTIVES:

Organize and manage the school business.
Make decisions democratically.
Work as a team.
Make products with our hands.
Help each other and be creative.
Decide what to do with business members' money.

INFORMATION

The company will need the following documents:

  • Constitucional letter.
  • Statutes where the company's rules are governed.
  • Membership card.
  • E mail.
  • And a special permission from the council (town hall) called CIF (not real)

What is a company?

The professor is the head of the company, he contributes all the capital and the students are the workers who will not have any benefits, only the head of the company
